session today in IK. It has been
approximately four hours since the completion and even on the drive home I
became aware that the pain I've experienced for three months in my left
shoulder and neck is no longer present.
I will continue to monitor the left side responses. I am Grateful for your Loving and
professional attention. It has now been 6 hours since our session. As I just
washed my hands, I noticed that a skin condition- flaking, which I have

My name is Kim and I have been working with Ronda for the last few
months after locating her website, www.themetaphysician.net,
where I learned about the work she was doing with Integrative Kinesiology
(IK). I was diagnosed with Bipolar
II disorder approximately 1 year ago and have endured numerous medication
shifts and changes as traditional medicine dictates. Still, I felt empty, my spirit broken,
shattered into pieces which traditional medications, and traditional
therapy sessions were not going to heal.
I needed a holistic, spiritualist that could help me get to the
core, my Christ Consciousness, my soul and help to build me back into a
whole person again. Just prior to finding Ronda, I had tried
the desperate act of harming myself, so badly wanting to die and not live
through the misery that my depressive days and nights lead me through. Luckily, I didn’t damage myself too
badly, and with my wrist still in bandages I met with Ronda and knew
immediately that I had not only found someone to help me, but a friend and
a mentor that I could truly count on being there for me. Please understand that Bipolar or any
type of mental disorder is serious and should ALWAYS be diagnosed and
treated by a regular Psychiatrist, and Therapist, especially when
medications are involved. But my
personal journey was also about the spirit, and I knew that if I found
someone of the like mind, I would begin to heal. I should mention that I not only found a like-minded
individual (who got out of her bed with the flu just to take care of me on
a particularly bad day!), but Ronda so generously gave me inspiration to no
longer be afraid of my illness, nor to allow it to control my life. From a safe place, she’s given me hope
that one day I might be able to maintain my condition through diet,
exercise, meditation, IK, Essential Oils, and GREAT faith. I KNOW a Greater Being/Force lead me to
Ronda in the first place. Through
her work with me I have such a clear mental picture of what I want to do
with my life, which is to help people in their healing as Ronda has done
for me. I will begin my first Reiki
attunement in a few weeks. Today my life is so abundantly rich and
peaceful. I very rarely get
stressed or have panic attacks, which are common with a disorder like
mine. I’ve learned how to manage my
illness to the point that my therapist and psychiatrist barely recognize me
from the overwhelmed, panicky, lifeless person who used to take up space in
their office and cry through my sessions, IF I could even get out of bed
that day. Not only has Ronda given my life back to
me, but she has also given back a wife and mother to her family. She’s opened my eyes to the
possibilities that are awaiting me to claim. I am blessed, and as we say in IK, I am that I am, and that
